Rhein Manufacturing has been Advanced Machining and Fabricating parts in the medical specialty arena, OEM Design & Manufacturing ISO 9001 & 13485 controlled since 1991, and is currently located St. Louis, Missouri.

The foundation for Rhein Manufacturing   is our traditional surgical instrument makers. Some of them with over 30 years experience. We make a number of surgical instruments for all the various medical specialties and utilize the bench finishers and their manual dexterity skills.

Rhein Manufacturing takes pride in the experience of these surgical instrument makers and in combination with our advanced robotic micro-machining offer the customer space-age capabilities. We have an incredible line of machining centers ranging from 5 axis CNC vertical milling Swiss Turning   to   Wire EDM, for the extremely close tolerance parts and Water Jet cutting for typical multiple blank work.

Our manufacturing is supported by fixture fabrication as well. We are proud about our self-sufficiency in this area and do not rely upon outside companies to make tooling and fixtures for us. We have found the best approach is to make our own, resulting in being more responsive to our customers needs and finished components are more accurate.

MULTIPLE AXIS CNC MILLING CENTERS
Rhein Manufacturing utilizes the latest state of the art CNC milling machine centers   with full 5 Axis simultaneous high spindle speed-machining capabilities. Our CNC tools have been specifically sourced by our machinists so we can produce the small precise complex part geometries in the most efficient way. Automation features allow continuous unattended production of parts.

CNC WATER JET CUTTING
Rhein Manufacturing utilizes a high speed water jet   featuring a unique tilting cutting head. This special feature results in accurate profiling of parts within .003", including square taper-free edges.
